Towards the end, five Pokeys are on the yellow bricks above quicksand, followed by two more Pokeys and the pole. Falling between them leads the player to a secret cave containing the second Star Coin. There are two yellow bricks towards the middle just left of the midway point. Later on, a Lakitu appears which makes getting the first Star Coin much easier.
Lakitu also makes an appearance here and throws Spinies, which can easily make the player's Yoshi fall in the quicksand. There is one particular ? Block with a Yoshi egg in it. New Super Mario Bros.At the beginning of the stage there are various Pokeys and Sand Geysers.should break some of the blocks with a Bob-omb, wait for the Limited Lift to float under the Star Coin, then fall to it.
Star Coin 3: The third Star Coin is at the end of the level, blocked off by several blocks.This makes the second Star Coin fall onto the raft. should pick up the POW Block and activate it once the Limited Lift passes the enemy platform in which the POW Block rests. should jump up to the Star Coin from an enemy. Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is floating high over the Limited Lift, just below the area before the first one with Mini Goombas.At the end of the area, a Warp Pipe leads the player to the area containing the pole. Later, a POW Block can be found and used to defeat the enemies on the Limited Lift. To make the Limited Lift start moving again, the player has to defeat enemies so that there are less than five. Enemies including Goombas, Mini Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Bob-ombs, Piranha Plants, and Big Piranha Plants land on the Limited Lift, causing the numbers on the Limited Lift to increase from 0 up to 5, which causes it to turn red and stop moving. A ? Block containing an Ice Flower is to the left of the exit pipe. The player must enter a Warp Pipe, which leads to a Limited Lift that is used to cross poison. The level starts in a area with Goombas falling from above, and four Invisible Blocks, one containing a Super Mushroom.
